What a vile
and wicked wretch
you are---
oh I got
your twinkle
twinkle
little star!
And you wonder
why I feel
they way I do
about me and you.
As I said before
and say again
about the unforgotten
sin,
If I did to you
what you did to me
would not that be
reciprocity?
The truths
you hold self evident---
life
liberty
pursuit of happiness
justice for all---
was not
what
you really meant.
Despite conceived in liberty,
it remains a fact
because I was born black
this did not include

despite the trials tribulations
and strife,
my freedom is still only in the nation’s
