to anywhere or nowhere

we gaze into each others eyes

for brief ever lasting moments

as if looking into the souls

of one other, intimately as if the world consists of only you and me

whenever, we are together

…and if we ever do…

what we profess to urgently desire,

not just sit and talk of our intentions
