I miss those days
When we’re complete.
The laughter’s and fun
That no one can run.
When those days were over
It brings tears to our eyes
And scared of what might tomorrow’s surprised.
Now that we’re all apart
Seldom we find the spare of time
To share stories and laughter’s one more time.
Some moments we may feel
That friends are not there
To comfort and make us feel
That we belong in a place
Where all we can feel
Is the security that somehow someone cares.
We’ve longed to see each other
Yet destiny forbids
For we run out of time
Giving our best to a one shot at dream.
Someday we’ll see
All the sacrifices we’ve been
Reasons might be
That a better person we’ll be.
How much time flew
How much new friends will come.
There would be that moment you’ll say…
Old friends are far,
Yet still best to keep in heart.
