Up until last week,
Things were tough, but I had hope,
That the future would be better and that I could cope,
I still have trouble getting loans,
Even though I've owned five homes,
Used to think when I got stopped by the police,
They might just beat my a$$ and maybe knock out some teeth,
Up until last week,
I never thought they could kill me while my daughter was in the back seat.
