The Plan

The plan was in action before we could stop it.

3 Wishes Part 3: Religion 101

I hate the fact my people are still slaves, not physically but mentally.

By the concept of a white god who saves people of color, that is don't make sense to me.

Im not saying its not possible but, ok real quick, let me be your professor.

Class, is it possible for a slave to be loved by the oppressor?

Can a race that feels that they are superior love a race whom they consider to be lesser?

These same people who castrated our ancestors, raped our ancestors, and put them in graves?

The same people who taught us how to read with a bible as we continued to be slaves?

I just want to know the truth

Who really created us and what are our true roots?

Are we the children of Israel or the believers of a hoax?

Did Christ have skin of bronze and hair of wool or was that just the name of our slave boat?

3 Wishes Part 2: Georges Decision.

I was 21 when my pops died.

Stage 4 cancer. Colon, kidneys, lung and thyroid and there's no stage 5.

I got a brother and a sister, im the middle of three

Sis found out last minute and its messed up but that was just how things had to be.

Dad got in the ring with the cancer and was losing, it was a crazy scene

And at the time it was the craziest thing I had ever seen.

Except Ali is getting an a**whoopin because he already decided there wasnt a point in fighting.

He lost his mother in 06 and that ish hurt

Then his wife in 08 to breast cancer, that was damn near worse.

Then his bestfriend a in 2011, seems that was the last straw.

So when the surgeon tried to make contact, dad aint answer his calls.

My second wish, is just to have a conversation with pops

Ask him at what exact moment did he decide to just let his life...

3 Wishes Part 1: Johnnie's Turmoil

My little cousin Johnny, I weep for you. 

I wish I coulda been there and ran them streets for you.

Or visited more often, to give you positivity and insight

Maybe then you wouldn't be in that cell and we'd be more tight.

My uncle left him and his moms for that street life so he had to grow up fast and tough. 

So my young ninja did whatever he felt he needed to do.

If I had 3 wishes

I swear I wouldnt ask for money, clothes and/or b*tches

I just wanna get my cousin out of jail or at least reduce his sentence

Pay whatever the price to get him out and keep him out of prison.

So she if she knows nothing else about him, she'll know that at least he tried his hardest.

My second wish, I debated for a little

I just wish I could have my father back so we could conversate for a little.

Friendzone

Im stuck in this room

No windows, no doors that I can see, not even a broom.

Its hot as hell and I just want to go home.

But im stuck here, in this got damn friendzone.

A place thats so dang hot, yet so cold

Sunday

It was a sunday.

A less than ordinary day because I couldn't watch my team play.

So I watched other teams

And as long as somebodies playing im satisfied but it aint exciting as it seems.

So I pulled out my medical container and opened it to reveal something green

I broke it down into small pieces, put into my piece pipe hoping sunday would give me some redeem.

I put the bowl to my mouth and gave the weed some flame

And at that moment my Sunday changed.

It was no longer an ordinary day

Because after about 5 hits, I opened my eyes and a woman was kissing me wearing all black lingerie.

Her long hair braided up and I loved that her hair wasnt short

Then I looked at her and asked "Wait, aint you suppose to be at work?"

She laughed and kept kissing me.

She told me it felt like we hadn't seen each other in a while and was missing me....

Advice

They told me not to fall in love, the ish is pointless. 

They said you gonna be burned, hurting and in the need for some ointment.  

But I didnt listen. 

I proceeded into the wilderness disguised as an oasis and kept going with my mission. 

They told me not to fall in love, dont go down that road full of misfortune and greed

Its crazy how much we want the ish that we dont need.

They said be prepared. Like a city waiting for a hurricane or tropical storm

Cause this love ish just aint the norm. 

You'll find yourself in a different place and in a different form

But I just needed to feel a love that was simple and warm

I just needed to feel a love, any kind would do

But thats what happened when I stopped listening to them and eventually found you. 

Just to find out they were telling the truth.
