You should always be toasting to life's successed even when there are defeats. Life is one of those things that keeps thriving for something more. Its wants growth and we are only given emotions so we don't break.
They are used to process the hurt and the result of that process is what determines who we are. I understand that you have feelings but do you have anything else. Some people get stuck in the process and their feelings are all they have.
You were supposed to leave the process and be about that action. If you ain't about that action then all you really have are your feelings and the world never reacts to that.
