POEM: A WOMANS WEPT

            From the pit of the stomach we watch so many women cry alone. From birthing a man’s baby why do they have to walk alone? Hold your head up high you can fly like a new bird in the wind. Feeling yourself trapped in the rain, don’t worry them angels going to wrap their wings around you. As their tears hit the ground you can feel the earthquake, cause their heart aches for you. So many promises been broken, did it start with your own father? Look beyond the moon and call on your higher father. Talk to him in your sleep while he already knows your true emotions. Brush your hair back and Watch how he moves the oceans. This is your new day, your new look, this is the moment for you to pray. Flesh don’t understand what you been through. Take a look at the angels they Making a path so you and your babies can walk through. These days you can smile in the mirror because you know you made it through.
