They say that you are who you surround yourself with and I believe that it's true. Because If you hang around someone who isn't trying to do anything with themselves then you too will start to pick up some of those bad habits. Not necessarily saying that they're a bad person, just saying that they might be bad for you. I don't think that people understand that energy can be transferred whether it's good or bad. For so Long I was bound by you, thinking that you were really something special but then I realized that you were the exact opposite. I invested so much of my time into what I thought could be forever but instead, I was drained of my humanity. Scared to feel again or even give someone the time of day all because you were too selfish to let me go. You knew that I would do anything up under the sun for you and you took that and ran with it. But I stayed because I thought that in you I had a friend but I guess I was wrong and now I see that all things come to an end........
