A broken heart I thought time would heal...
Afraid to be a father and state how I feel or felt...
the cards I dealt, she didn't ask for a hand...
reached out for daddy, to find, just another man...
explaining, cause this may never be understood...
lost in words but found out it could...or should,
I poured out emotions saving tears from the eyes...
why, didn't know until I let this poem cry!
