REVISIONS AND BLANK SPACES
White bodies between
blue lines breathe when
black blood gives life to pages
Black bodies outlined
between white lines;
death stains concrete pavement
Red lines strike through black lines
executing their existence
Red lines stream from Black lives;
executing their existence
Erase, backspace, deleted, re-type: lines rewritten to live once more
Black face, erased, deleted, gone: another Black child lives no more…
