the waiting was long

I looked at my watch and 

found that time was gone

I love how you sing

it's a shame, I had to delete your song

removing your pic from my phone

everyone around me

knew I was alone

I convinced myself that

you would return back to me

that day never game

and, it's a shame

it never was to be

everyday I hear your name

because it's the same word

that is used to express a feeling

that I lost in you

It should lift me up

but, right now it's a shame
