walking closer to my Father's river
so I won't wither away
an obscurity seeking purity today
that place in secret , years to reach it
like an an altar in saltwater
a reserved space
an escape from a world so viral
upon arrival
I fell face up
hands cupped dipping water
rinsing off my sins
finally I'm cleansed again
