Take the scenic route/ not the shortcut/ we getting lazy/ Computers doing work for us/taking away our intelligence and health/shelf the electronics/take time to compute numbers in your head and spell out words/skip the escalator/ take the stairs/call your love ones or write a letter/ stop texting or using social media/kids go outside and play/ put down the computers and cell phones- they are frying your brains/read a book or use your imagination instead of TV and movies/turn off your cable/use what God gave you..
