Old and young dance and sing,
To the latest moves and grooves,
Hundreds of the same shirts roam around the hotel,
I chew on stories and barbecue,
And drink laughter and memories,
Cousins, aunts, uncles, and in-laws,
Black Sheeps in far away seats,
Make them feel welcome,
It's not their fault that our parents don't speak,
Kids run around while the elders play cards,
Games that don't use the whole deck,
Trash talk and bets,
Slang from a past generation,
Videos and pictures that we'll see in a few years,
And wonder where the time went,
Travel into the future to see what you'll look like in 30 years.
