Burnt Bottle Rocket sticks and firecracker paper litter the lawn,
Back to work and school - the weekend's never too long,
Leftover barbecue still tastes just right,
Less the feeling of freedom that we had last night,
The next holiday isn't until Labor Day,
That's like 40+ business days away!
Then summer is gone,
It seems so wrong,
If we could just have another day off...
