Being black in America is like having a fuse,
Racism is a match that white people use,
They incite, we ignite,
We beg, they refuse,
31 traffic stops? He was only 32!
Newt Gingrich is right, white folks have no clue,
We move on, grin and bear it, and ultimately lose,
I have to put spit on my thumb and finger,
To put out the spark, but the anger will still linger,
But my wick's getting shorter,
I hope I don't explode.
