Back in the day a family
of nine
5 brothers one sister two parents
and I
Well neck bones was a staple
with us usually
with string beans and white potatoes
or rice some nights
Back in the day neck bones
was exactly that
Closest thing to meat was
that white bone marow
dug into the crevices to get
Things over the years
have really changed
bone marow is no longer the
main thing
for a real decent price
which is nice
you get a slab loded with
thick meat
thick as ribs Neck Bones
a real treat
