Winters brazen
got me held hostage
like the bear in his
winter den
Open the window and frigid
cold rush in
winter snow and sleet knock
out the power
The beauty of it all
bowing tree limbs
natures force doing
its thing
Howlin Wolf outside
my window
beginning the transformation
of Spring on its way
but not this day
