I found consciousness in forest hills arboretum.
After sitting there and actually reading between the breeze, and listening for hours I began to feel it.
I would see the ants walking past my foot so uniformly,
and I learned what it meant to be civilized, and unified.
I saw the wind blowing through the trees, and I learned what it meant to be rhythmic.
I heard the birds, and learned of song.
I took off my shoes, and introduced my soul to the ground.
The ants came to greet me.
And the sun warmed my feet,
as if embracing them for the first time.
I felt the consciousness of All.
I felt Life, and all that lies therein.
I looked up and beheld the sun.
The sun then wrapped its rays around me
Seemingly getting hotter, and heavier.
It was speaking to me.
Over and over again it repeated...
"I love you",
I felt this love.
I closed my eyes and embraced it,
silently mouthing
"I love you to my father"
