that should've been ours

You have stolen the next mother

I have come to admire and trust

You have stolen my emotions and said,

" It was a mistake"

You have stolen away a lifetime

of

growth, love and laughter

You have stolen a smile of happiness

I will never see nor face again

 

You cover my light

with this huge Tunnel

You were like a thief in the night

I once heard about through pain

that was Hard to explain

You left me with so much pain in my heart

I wish you had stolen that too

You have stolen half of my peace of mind

I shall gain that back again too

You have stolen and taken away the energy

we developed together

You have stolen the dreams

I once lived for day-by-day

as your very own

You have stolen treasure we planned to save

You have stolen my most sacred gifts

You have stolen time

that was once mine

You have stolen the affinity

that once flowed with devotion

You have stolen my deepest images

viewed through stages of clarity

You have stolen a family

that was once ours together

 

You have stolen your love

I will never feel it again

You have stolen the richest moments

in my life

 

You have even stolen back your reassurances

 

You never gave me closure

You've even stolen that too

You have stolen all of you

and

left me with nothing

But

Memories, heartaches and tears

You've even stolen the frustration

Out of my Life

I thank you for the transformation

 

You could Not touch My Will of Faith

Nor

The Strength and Love

of

God's Presence

Too Difficult for you to carry out

and
