The quiet Moon looks on;
incapable of avoiding
the collateral damage of deceit
and technological junking.
As the world turns
earth’s own black holes
continue to fill
towards overflowing
with apathetic
cosmic negligence.
Spaced out…earth continues
to tremble within—
her rumbling discord becoming
cosmic second nature.
