No standards can define the love we've prepared, ignited, and bestowed upon this world.

You are the very meaning of forever and tomorrow.

If given the chance, I'd choose your hand in mine.

In the most intimate displays of affection,

Your touch taught sincerity in the most tender  of moments.

That hope wasn’t only for the love stories I created in spaces of my mind.

Love and loving you were always one in the same...

Out of all of the stories I've read

This was the one I never looked for the plot to be solved

Because such a discovery always presented an ending

One I never intended on finding

Because if we had to be told, I wanted to be told for years to come

Amongst the chapels of lover's first vows

In the reasons that humanity longs for second chances...

You are  the princess, the tower and the hero all in one.

Because love only meant "ever after" when I was with you.
