Is when you final realize your worth
When you finally stop allowing people to treat you any type of way.
When you stop them from coming and going and going and coming in your life
It is when you break the binds the bind you to someone toxic
Someone who drains the life out of you
Who suffocates you with their presence
Who restricts you with their emotions
Who holds you captive in the past with their baggage

When you finally get the courage
To say I have had enough
You no longer allow them
To rent space in your brain and in your life for free
You start charging them for every second, every minute and every hour
That they attempt to steal from your life
Freedom is being free from anything or anyone that
That tries to hold you down, that constrains your life or imprisons you in the past.

Freedom is finally being able
To truly let go of someone
Sort of like a liberation
When you get to the point you give "0" ***s about anything
They do or say
Their toxic manipulations
No longer
Effects or Affects you
You take back your power
You gain back your freedom
Freedom is
When you can finally let go
And it no longer disturbs your soul
Freedom is when
They no longer have control
