It is what it is…
Such is the nature of time;
These are trying times…
He is who he is…
Baptized in Satin’s waters;
Hands dripping with blood…
Basins of our blood,
The residue of washed guilt:
Guilty hands pointing…
He is who he is…
Sanitized child of Satan…
Blood washed away…
Like ole Pilate did,
He washed his hands of it all:
It is what it is…
Washing away sin,
A blood-basin ritual:
Pilate’s legacy…
Damn the legacy!
Empty basin…dried up chit;
It is what it is.
