it's not easy to not pop off it's not easy to keep one's cool when one must cool off it's not easy to calm down when told to put the gun down it's hard to think while under restraint a temper is like Coke and Mentos a mixture of explosive elements emotionally disturbs the mentals a vital volatile potentially violent dangerous outcome it's not easy to count to ten when one can't get pass three one choice can change the trajectory of one's whole entire life history
