One thing is true

about the situation

here with you and me;

we live in a multi-racial society

still groping with racial equanimity;

Where we—like on the mother

continent—and some islands aboard,

can vote against Whites or Blacks

who don’t care about the lives lived

by you and me:-

The problem here...is when will this

come to be;

in the home of the brave and the land

of the inked free?!

I know this is a deep question for me

and you;

but today, it remains an everlasting

purview;

and it’s not simply for us to seek, ask

knock,

 but in every way, make sure it’s not

at all blocked!

We may not be here on that blessed

day,

but let’s be ensured that the children be

blessed

that we passed and discombobulated the

test

of the grossed bigoted and racist pandemic

way!
