I will forever be a lover of black love poetry because I believe in all three. Black is a beautiful color that signifies origin and it has been a beautiful thing for as long as I have known it. I have had the opportunity and distinction of understanding its meaning both in thought and circumstance.
When you add the layer of love, it doesnt necessarily change the color black but it enhances it. Its amplfying what already was. You cant really change the essence but you can definitely have more of it.
I think when you take all of that and you add poetry to it, that changes everything about it. It amplifies it and then makes it different so that all ears can hear it. I dont even know if all of this is making sense but this is how I think about it.
