Look into the mirror and notice
The one looking back at you—
The you that you are and will be;
Not the one whom others demand
And your behavior tries to please.
Today, forget the makeup and just see
The God chosen creature that you be:-
He has laid out the progressive life that
You are and always lovingly will be—
Not the one “friends” try to lead you to be:-
Just remember, making up yourself
Is a canvassing thing;
Highlighting the you that you truly be
Is an enlightening thing:
In enlightenment, look into reality’s mirror,
And when you do,
See and be that natural-beauty creature
Looking back at you;
No longer be beleaguered with mirrored worry;
Just be in thanksgiving glory:-
