I have a headache and poetry can seem to break it. I write until the pain subsides and then one the writing stops... the headache returns.
I wish I were free to feel this need to be a poet and then my response would be, would I really be free.
I like the pain of thought, the wanting of the knowing of wanting to understand. To make sense of the world, my world and if I have some time, ill make sense of yours too.
I cant stop the headaches and the real question becomes, why would I ever want them to stop.
