Another one downA member of our communityIt breaks my heartAnd it baffles meBlack men Black menCan't you seeThat your destroying eachotherBreaking down your communityShooting and KillingRobbing and StealingAnd what's the price to payY'all killing off eachother so they won't have to do itAnother one goneOne point for the governmentBut you carry a trait that won't allow you to seeIgnoranceA race of people at war with eachotherBreaking down eachotherinstead of coming togetherUnless it's self defense I will never understandWhat it will profit you to take another manLose your life, your freedom, your familyThen turn around and blame it on societyMentally stuckLocked up in a cellAngry, mad and raising hellFAILA disappointment to your communityI speak the truth so don't be mad at meFactsRealityYou are who you choose to beI wouldn't let my circumstances define meReachBuildAbove your societyIf other black men can do it then so can youLet your determination and drive motivate youOne, Two, Three Another black man downGunshots and CryingEchoes around my town
