My heart want to tell you how much I really love you.

But my lips won't part to let the words come thru.

You’re like the after math of a tornado that touch my life,

 When I hear your name, I remember the damage done by you.

I don't know why my mind is still mad,

And my heart wants to give you an excuse.

My heart argues with my mind saying "This is what love makes me do.”

My mind says: Ask Tina, What's love have to do?"

This internal, eternal battle, of mind vs heart

I’m putting me through.

Is an emotional roller coaster

Because simply "I love you",

And saying it feels like a bad chest move.

So don’t take it personal,

I’m not being rude.
