Love and Faith
My lady needs to live and there's something of me. I need to give.
She's up at 5:30 A.M., three days a week.
When she returns back home, about 10:30 A.M., her body feeling so weak.
Precious life has been drained in out of her soul.
One minute she's warm, and the next, she's so very cold.
There's still always a smile on her face.
But I can see, in her eyes, the tears she has erased.
She has been on a dialysis machine, trying to keep her blood clean.
There are many days and nights-the sickness she can't bare. But I encourage my lady to fight-cause
There's a mighty force-helping her, from up there.
Our love and faith, will keep us going on.
Our love and faith, will keep our love strong.
Our love and faith, will keep us going on.
Our love and faith, will keep our love strong.
I don't mind being a donor. My lady, for you, it's a honor.
What you need to add to your life: part of, one of,
My glandular organs, my beloved wife.
I give it to you, on a golden platter, 'cause living,
Without you, would leave my world to shatter.
