Didn't I tell you Diva's Don't Dap?

My Diva definition
is quite frankly
just on the other side of brilliant baby
Flip it over
and you still see me
in all my Diva glory.
In my presence.
there is always a lady present
Craving the respect due
But look here, don't trip
I ain't being cocky
This Diva is woman enough
to return the respect
right back to you.
You see..I googled "Diva" just the other day.
Almost couldn't believe what my eyes did see.
The first few definitions
didn't in the least describe
the Diva I be.
It said we were selfish and mean
not worthy of the Diva's respect due
It said we were snobby
and rude and .....the nerve
Dramatic too!!!
I found one however that better fit my bill.
It was the one I felt defined me so real.

and personality with confidence.
Not letting others influence
