Life unfolds like a flower blooming in the spring, never know when disaster rings, that's a gift in God's prophesying, this is Why We Pray, to give thanks for breathing and the sun in the banks of the sky, the begotten son we let die, for our sins is the reason why, this is Why We Pray, to seek forgiveness, your belief in believing is how to retrieve this, repentance replenishes the soul, the spirit becomes whole, with God this is Why We Pray, to tell him our fears and secret desires, to help us out and trouble the fires, this is Why We Pray, for direction to the omnipresence and protection praying and Jesus is our only connection this is Why We Pray
