when the moonlight proceeded
the anxiety stampeded my cerebrum
folks claimed piety but was nowhere when I needed them
ignited wood fires, indicted thermal attire
in public restrooms with soap
hope was still afloat
temporary chapter with an ego fracture
but in these times and sessions
I realized after rising out this storm
to count each and every blessing
