can't blame it on the weather
everybody hates each other
sister against her brother
and a mother, can't stand her child
I don't know, where this ship is headed
I'm willing to walk the plank
take a risk, even if I sink
just think about a way out
of all this mess, we made
who's going to, own up to
the part, they play, it's no mystery
it's planted in our history
buried so deep, to dig it up
you must write or like, poetry
a shade tree philosophy
come climb with me, don't worry
I'm a bee, you're with me
that means, you gone be, alright
I hold my pen tight, if it slips
my grip, that won't happen
don't trip, stiffen your upper lip
I use everything, coz, everything
screams "POETRY
that's mines, so first ask me
it's not nice, stealing folks lines
like wifi, success to me, is like pie
everyone gets a slice
gluttony might get you sliced
you don't need a pound
if you chop it up right
it's enough to go around
