between us, there;s too much space
I swear I miss seeing your face
so much time has erased
the things, I try to hold on to
things I grasp while gasping for air
only to feel it's not there
what choice do we have
in the matter, what's the matter
don't matter, no answer
so we must move on, right
I mean, how can we continue to
function in this funct up situation
that was funct up from the start
coz, we both have dysfunctional hearts
that beat miles apart
there is no change in it
no change makes no sense
I've been broke every since
the back pages of my life is evidence
so it's evident, that we stay the funct
out of each others face, no matter
where we are, there is never
too much space between us
