Lookin out at the lake on this
cold windy day
I
correlate the turbulent waters
with
the turbulence in life that comes
our way
Waves and waves of trouble just
seem to come rollin in with no end
A slight calm and here they come again
waves of turbulence coming hard
coming strong hitting the banks
And
eventually as in life if there is
no calm you will eventually splatter
and sink
