The ship became larger and larger Soon it's figure loomed over the horizon There she could be seen standing. Tall in a lonely view on the rear deck Low cut eyes tight fitting clothes A vacation of formal wear as she stood above where the anchor was docked. A constant motion of waves lost in thought She lifted her head slowly as the wind politely caressed her face The roaring of the ocean echoed through her ears The liberation of watching the sun bathe in the ocean. Illustrious she thought Watching the sun propose it's marriage to the moon Baring witness now surrounded by a nursery of stars Without an ring they became engaged with the look of each other's eyes. Layers of the ocean overlapped with one another Shimmering the reflection of the moons glee The temperature dropped harboring feelings of self doubt The perception that her finger would remain naked Second guessing the virtue of patience There she stood a plastic figurine on a ship in a glass bottle Where everything remained the same on the bathroom shelf
