we live in a world of come and go
see you after while, in a minute
in just a little bit I'll be waiting somewhere
don't take too long I'll hold on
until the end of this song
I have to drown out the noise
in order to hear the sound
going back to the basics
to face it like it was before
the coat of paint on the door
in the change of things
nothing really did except
we are no longer kids anymore
