Of course they do.
But after a while, that smile will fade.

Your face will then just be another face
Someone will come along to replace
The same words will be spoken
Unique-
You think
But bound to be broken.
Promises made
Memories played out in perfect sequence.
Love has become a reflex
People have gotten lazy with relationships
These days
They use the same songs
To describe their ever-so deep feelings
To one another.

They seek comfort in your arms
and smother you with the same love
they once loved someone else with

"You can't teach an old dog new tricks"

I've seen it played out the same way
Every time.
They say they love 
Yet they leave
But they can't figure out why

We never stop to realize 

People,
They come 
They go

You think you're special
But you should know
You're just personal rental 

Stuck in a love triangle

"I love you" is thrown out randomly
To people we've known a week

How can one treat another
Just like they did the other?

Oh please. 

Have we lost all creativity?
Can't you see
The cycle that has been turned?
Too young to be tied down
But so scared to be alone

We rather jump from person to person
Allowing our insecurities to overflow

Just ask yourself..

Is it worth it?

Build it up quick
just to watch it fall apart
