Dear Lord,
Thank you for your precious blood that covers our family and friends.
Thank you for protecting us against harmful elements in this World that seek to claim or lives.
Thank you for our un-answered prayers (You know wants best for us).
Lord, we thank you for waking us this morning with the physical and
mental ability to go through our day.
Although there are times when we choose roads not designed for us
you are with us.
As we live day by day we learn of friends and family members who are no longer with us. Help us to recognize that no matter what we are going through by your grace we are STILL here.
Our jobs may not be ideal but, we are employed.
We may not have the best of clothes but, we are clothed.
We may not have the fancy meals but, we are feed.
My Lord Jehovah, I know there are times when we do things that are disappointing to you. Things that may cause you to shake your head but, your grace allows us to try and get it right time after time.
Sometimes the fears we face, the heart breaks we endure, the battles we loose may cause us to have mis-guided anger. Help us to understand that there are reasons for everything. We can go to you in prayer and ask “Why” and you will answer (whoever has ears, let him hear Matt 11:15).
Our All Mighty Alpha & Omega, during this time of recession we claim richness of love.
In an environment filled with so much filth and diseases we claim victory over our health.
In a community surrounded by haters who rejoice in our sorrows, laugh at our failures, and spread lies to tear us down; to destroy us. We claim strength to increase our voltage and shine above them ALL.
Thank you Lord for the wisdom to say to those who seek to hold us down “Either rise with me or fall behind me as I continue to move onwards my greater Being designed by God.
