life

I heard they do things different in Spain.
I wish I could be there.
I heard about the women there, how sensual and passionate they are.
How the land and the country are really something to see

Nothing like the ghettoes I have seen.

So then I wonder, do I really see the world as it is or as I am.
Do I see a ghetto everywhere I look.
Or are they patches of fabric in American life that others appreciate and I have yet to see.

So instead of being there, maybe I should be here.
To truly experience what is here and now.
