thinking they got me on the ropes
I', going into my bag, pull out a fag
light it up take a drag and a puff
throw it down, step on the but
calm my nerves on a little herb
buckle up, bout to swerve
hit the curve, drive thru somebodies
house, park it on the couch
look at what happened to the mouse
that came out of the hole
is that a Leprechaun with a Pot o Gold
hearing voices, turndown that stereo
grab the remote control
surfing channels for my soul
