The moment I gasped for air
I realized I was there
it was night
the light were so bright
holding a card
it was an invite
looked good
everything smelt right
flashing blue and whites
cops just broke up a fight
some got hit in the jugular
with a knife
it was twin Johnnies bestfriend
he hasn't been right since then
feeling like if only he was there
maybe he could have
saved his life
It's so hard to ease pain
where guilt and blame
still remain
man kills man
curse of Cain
put that on Abel's name
