When I was growing up we were on the county, we were not in the county about the county around the county "no" we were on the county slash welfare Everyone I knew was on the county family members Neighbors everybody around me was on the on the county, coming from a strong Churchyard "religious" background there was always a lot of praying going on every Sunday at Judea Missionary Baptist Church... Reverend WC Tyler presiding, don't ask me I still don't know what that was all about there was always a lot of hooping and hollering then prayer that followed but when we prayed we didn't pray to be delivered from the county or for a door to open that we would not have to depend on welfare no we didn't, we bowed our heads closed eyes and said...
