Soul searching never finding
In peril always binding
Finding it hard to unwind
The twine swirling around
Your mind, be still let thy will
Be done crying for the sun
Won’t bring you sunshine
Just try to smile for the meantime
There is so much to in between time
We are living in mean times
People are fearing being kind
There is no way for one to know
What lies up ahead, no matter
How much they may know
Rest, relax, and take it slow
We still have a long way to go
In the fields reaping what we sow
