your movement is rattling my dishes
I guess you have some issues
I guess you're walking in heavy shoes
I guess I don't understand your blues
I guess I had better get a clue
who am I to come knocking at your door
I don't know you from a book I may have read
but every time you put your foot down
it turns me red, it's been years since
I been in a earthquake, once hit
you never forget the shake
I admit I'm bit shell shocked
an aftershock can knock you out
of your socks, so I sit here and endure
instead of kicking in your door
