I know
We are no good
For each other
As much as I hate to admit
You with your trust issues
Me with my insecurities
And then everything else
That's caught in the middle
It wouldn't work
No matter how much
I believe we are Soul Ties
But maybe just maybe
We could find away
I know though
We are no good for each other
But it doesn't stop me from
Thinking of the what ifs
The could haves
And should haves
It doesn't stop my
DAYdreams of us
Sometimes I lay in bed
And I swear I feel you
Cuddled up
Next to me
Your arms wrapped
Around me
You whispering
In my ear
"I love you"
Me feeling safe
In your arms
Sometimes I sit at work
And day dream about
Days spent with you
Talking for hours
Nights spent
Making love to you
Loving everything about us
I love seeing you smile
We're happy in my day dreams
Some Soul Ties are not meant to be
Like you and me
Their meant
To be for the moment in life
Though you'll always be connected
You sometimes have to LET GO
Break the ties the bind you
Because it's not for us
You or Me
