The thing about chapters
You have to try to look forward to the next one without forgetting the last one
Even if it was a bad one
Mine so was bad I began to wish it was my last one
Or that the story of my life had never begun
Yet a seed that just needed to be watered
Stop looking for peace within my own understanding but in the heavenly father
I'm not the most spiritual man yeyt infant to choose the best path for the sake of my son and daughter
So if I just flip the page
To a new chapter yesterday's sorrow will fuel today's laughter
There is sunshine after the rain
And somewhere green pastures
Just remember there's always another chapter
